Terms and Conditions for K-Mart Rwanda

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

However, we do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All descriptions of products are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.


4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily mean that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.
  • Payment: We accept payment through MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched for delivery.
  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Scope: We deliver to clients exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Rwanda.
  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver orders within Kigali within 7 - 14 days and to other locations in Rwanda. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this Website pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping address you provided. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.


6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [kmartrwanda@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was sent in error or was damaged.


7. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of K-Mart Rwanda or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

In no event shall K-Mart Rwanda's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kigali.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
