- Renew — Retinol Vitamin C Vitamin E Body Lotion. At night only, apply a thin, pea-sized amount. Start just 2–3 nights a week and build up slowly; use it at night only, and don’t layer it with strong vitamin C or acids on the same night.
Good to know: alternate strong actives rather than layering them all at once, moisturise well, and wear sunscreen every morning. If your skin feels irritated, cut back how often you use the actives and let it recover.
